Hosting and technical stack

Infrastructure (host, API servers) may change; providers are chosen with reasonable security expectations. The documented API (Swagger) is served from the backend URL configured in your environment.

Content and links

Users are responsible for what they publish (needs, profiles, capabilities). External links are for convenience; Dembaya does not control third-party sites.

HR electronic signatures

Dembaya signatures identify the account (session + OTP/TOTP) and seal the document SHA-256 fingerprint. They are not a qualified electronic signature under eIDAS (no certified trust service provider).
