Dembaya connects needs, talent, and companies. This page summarizes what we collect, why, and how to reach us with questions.
What we store
Information you enter yourself: sign-in identifiers (email and/or WhatsApp depending on your account), profiles, organizations, needs, messages via the contact form, and similar. We also keep technical records the site needs to run (logs, session cookies, language preference).
Why
To operate the service (accounts, dashboard, publishing, security), reply when you write to us, and improve the product over time. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
Retention and location
Data is hosted on secured infrastructure; how long we keep it depends on the type of data (active account, legal duties, technical archives). Some metadata may be kept for a while to protect the platform.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion when technically and legally possible. Email contact@dembaya.net with your account identifier.
Account recovery and passwords
Passwords are not kept in plain text by the team. After a Contact request (email and WhatsApp), a message starts the reset flow; once steps are completed, you enter your new password yourself on the platform.
HR electronic signatures
Dembaya signatures identify the account (session + OTP/TOTP code bound to the document fingerprint) and seal the content; they are not a qualified electronic signature under eIDAS.
